Today had the pleasure of meeting Ben & Jake.........what lovely young men. These guys are a credit to the company... They worked non stop getting the job done with a smile on their faces and a spring in their step.... Nothing was too much trouble. Excel helped us move from Rotherham to Suffolk. The process took 2 days and the three lads that helped us were absolutely fantastic. We could not fault the service. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and down to earth. It made our move so seamless. I would highly recommend excel to anyone that’s moving or needs storage solutions.

It has been a long time since we have received such a high quality customer experience. The team at Excel are outstanding. From my initial inquiry, to meeting Niel to go through the quote and how the move would be managed, to the big day, every interaction was professional, reassuring and friendly. Everything went smoothly over our two day move and there was nothing the team couldn't handle. We would definitely use Excel again and can't thank them enough for making our relocation completely stress free.

I used Excel for the 3rd time and would not ever use anyone else.
This is becoming a family business and the customer care is very high. The service is first class, the guys are friendly and make you feel at ease, nothing too much trouble, everything placed where I wanted it and never just 'dumped'.
I cannot recommend this company enough, well done again guys, as I will say again first class service..

Used Excel last Friday for our house move, Rotherham to Rotherham so not too far! I'm a bit old school (tight!) and like to do things myself, but as we were in the middle of a chain, time was limited. I'm glad we set Neil and his team on as they took a lot of the stress out of the move. They arrived just before 8 and got cracking pretty much straight away. Furniture was carefully wrapped and placed on the van, along with pictures, TV's and the like, all carefully concealed in expensive looking padded bags to protect them!
All 3 guys worked non stop until the vans were loaded. Once we picked up our keys the guys went to the new address and unpacked both vans, taking care with belongings throughout and placing where we directed them to. All in all a brilliant service, reasonable price and no hidden surprises. I would wholeheartedly recommend Excel and wouldn't hesitate to use them if I move again. Thanks guys!

Once again Neil and the lads have excelled. We used Excel to move us to Lincoln in August 2015 and they did a fantastic job in all ways. Consequently when we had to move back to South Yorkshire for family reasons recently, there was nobody else for me to use than Excel. This time because our buyers had to wait for their new build to be completed we had to put furniture into storage, which we also did with Excel.
Sally in the office was brilliant to deal with and the whole process was simple and stress free. When it came time to move to our new property it was again done punctually and very professionally, nothing lost, damaged or different to when it was stored. I can't recommend Excel any more highly, professional team, competitively priced and a real family friendly feel. Hopefully, I won't be needing to move again but if I did I would have no hesitation in using Neil, Sally and their team again.
