I would just like to say a huge thank you for making what is supposed to be one of the most stressful things possible incredibly straightforward. The three guys who came worked quickly, efficiently and without complaint despite the number of stairs they had to negotiate at both ends. The day we moved was a horrible rainy day , if they had stood under a shower they couldn’t have been wetter but the team led by Neil was efficient and professional and worked non stop. From the start of enquiring about quotes and talking to Sally to Neil quoting and the team moving us we were very happy with the service. Moving can be stressful and the lads (Jake, Lee, George and Neil) made it run very smoothly. They were professional, respectful of our belongings, quick and thorough. They also had a sense of humour and were very approachable when I changed my mind over the positions of some furniture. It was a pleasure doing business with the whole Excel team and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Neil came out assessed the job gave us a price.On the day before the move the crew arrived on time to collect our belongings.All doors ,floors, woodwork such as banisters were covered to protect surfaces. Collection was quick, efficient and professional .We travelled the very long journey to Cornwall and arrived after lunch almost at the same time as Neil and the lads......perfect timing!They all went above and beyond our expectations and even put themselves out to help with an unforeseen extra job.They moved some very heavy machines/tools with ease.We would recommend this team to anyone wanting a faultless ,seamless experience. Moving is a stressful time and Neil and his team did their utmost to eliminate all that. Thank you so much.
